FINANCIAL AID

Step One:  Apply for a PIN number

  • Each student will need their own personal pin number to be able to apply for financial aid.  Their parent/guardian will also need to get a pin number.  Parents/guardians will have only one pin number for all their children.
  • Retrieving your pin electronically:  Your PIN will be available for online delivery for 14 days from the date we sent the e-mail containing the link to our secure PIN delivery Web site. If you do not respond, we will send your PIN in the mail. You may also use the PIN Web site to find information on how to submit a new electronic PIN request.
  • How long does it generally take to get your PIN number?  It will take up to 4 hours after you request your PIN for you to receive an e-mail notification with instructions on how to retrieve it electronically, or 7-10 days to receive it in the mail via the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Apply for a pin

Step Two:  Fill out the FASFA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
